A brownie is a small, baked slice with rich chocolate flavor and pieces of roasted nuts and is called so due to distinct brown color and is served with or without icing and popular dessert. - 3 cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder (Dutch Process)
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 oz peanuts or walnuts, broken into pieces
- 1 bar unsalted butter
- 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2Tbsp. milk powder
Preheat the oven at 325ºF. Take an 8 inch square baking pan, grease it with cooking spray or butter and then spread some flour as well.
Melt the butter in a saucepan in low heat,then set aside. In a large bowl mix together the cocoa powder and sugar,make a wheel then add the melting butter.Beat constantly using electric mixer, or hand mixer.Add the eggs, one at a time, milk powder,vanilla extract, flour,beating until it smooth.Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed,pour into baking pan, and add the peanuts.
Bake in preheated oven for about 17 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.
